Return, Exchanges & Shipping Policies

In store purchases of clothing are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase. 

We want you to be confident in your online purchase and understand you may need to try on your clothing. All online orders are currently processing and then leaving our facility within 1-3 business days. For more details see below.
Returns
Winnie's Boutique, LLC will accept online returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items accepted for returns and exchanges must be unworn, not washed, unaltered and have tags attached. Items not eligible for refunds or exchange are:
  • jewelry
  • cards
  • gift items
  • personalized items
  • undergarments
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • home goods
  • mask
  • markdown items
Winnie's Boutique, LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the time frame and condition of the item being returned.

Instructions for Returns

  1. We want you to be happy with all of  your purchases with Winnie's Boutique, however if for some reason your would like to return your item please contact us at winnies@winniesboutique.com. If items are eligible for return you will receive a return authorization number, RA. All orders must be mailed back with an RA number. Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving RA # to receive a refund, exchange or credit.
  2. Include a copy of your receipt, RA number as well as your returned item in your package. Polymailers can be reused. Please remove original shipping label or cover. Ensure your package is taped closed and secure.
  3. Approved returns will receive the RA along with this shipping instructions. Winnie's Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items or packages in transit to return. Mail all returns to: 1222 Central Ave., Charlotte, NC 28204
  4. Any returns received that are damaged, or do not include an RA number will be returned to sender at the cost of the customer.
  5. Once orders are received and inspected within 72 hours a refund or store credit, minus shipping cost (if we provided the shipping label), will be issued to the method of payment during purchase.
  6. If you need a return shipping label, one can be provided to you at your request. Please be advised all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Instructions for Exchanges

  1. Please contact us at service@winniesboutique.com, Subject Line: Exchange Request. Please send us your order number and list of items with the item numbers that you would like to exchange, along with the items that you would like items like to exchange those for and item numbers of those items. Otherwise you will be given a store credit.
  2. Once items are authorized for exchange you will receive an exchange authorization number, EA number. Please include the EA number and a copy of your receipt along with items exchanging in the package.
  3. For approved exchanges shipping for the exchange will be covered by Winnie's Boutique, LLC. Winnie's Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items or packages in transit to return.
  4. Any returns received that are damaged, or do not include an EA number will be returned to sender at the cost of the customer.
  5. New items will ship to the customer within 72 hours of receiving your exchanged items.

Shipping Policies

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our reach soon.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped. Please note we always strive to get orders out asap. If you need an item urgently please visit us in store or give us a call and reference your order number.

Business days are Tuesday - Friday (by 2:30pm).

$8 flat rate shipping is shipped via USPS shipping including a tracking number emailed to the email address entered at the time of purchase.

Shipping method options include Standard Shipping (3-10 business days), 3 business days, 2 business days or 1 business day. Weekends and Holidays are not considered a business day. Payment authorization and shipping address verification must be completed before any order can be shipped. 

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS for shipping. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
